Our services are designed to assist couples who have a busy working life and are unsure of where to start, what to do and how to organise the perfectly planned event. With our interstate or overseas clients, we can focus on being on the ground and connect with you on multiple zoom calls to keep you engaged with the planning. Our clients value having an expert by their side, much like having a personal assistant, we engage the right suppliers suited and tailored to your wedding.

• 1 -2 hour initial consultation
• 1 full day for viewings allowing 6-8 hours
• Up to 3 site meetings with you and or your suppliers if required
• Assistance and suggested accommodation in and around your chosen venue
• Step by step assistance with wedding planning
• Multiple phone calls, emails and zoom meetings
• Budget tracking sheets for you to keep track
• Client information and running order of events
• Style & design
• Pre & Post Wedding Celebration options
• Bridal ware steamed for Bride and Bridesmaids on the day of wedding
• Post wedding pack down, emails & bond refunds for up to 7 business days post event
• 1 Wedding planner on the day for full co-ordination of event for duration

We will provide the following services.

• Initial 1 hr consultation
• A top hit list of preferred suppliers
• Hand over 4-6 weeks prior with 1 zoom
• Final site inspection prior to the wedding date with Bride & Groom
• Some great tools to get you well on your way to organising your own wedding
• On the day management and coordination of your wedding and vendors
• Client will be charged extra for any set up staff or pack down staff required

This is a wonderful service to Brides & Grooms who are unsure of the venue they want to book. It can be incredibly advantageous to have a local expert assist you with finding the best locations and venues for your special day.
If you are also out of the region of your wedding destination, we can arrange facetime or zooms during your viewings to allow you to still see the venues of your choice.

Fly-ins – This valuable service enables you, the client, to achieve more out of one day with your local wedding professional through scheduled viewings and meetings. We will make all the arrangements for a full day or two of inspections. You then have maximum time to talk through relevant aspects of your wedding day according to the venue. With destination weddings, wherever you desire, we are available for full and part wedding planning at interstate and international destinations.
